Every event needs to have a well managed bar in the evening. You can either decide to provide all the alcohol for the evening bar and our staff will manage the evening for you, or you can decide to have our pay bar. Each option is detailed below.

 

1 - You provide the alcohol for your evening bar, and we serve for you. Staff will have the evening bar ready for 6.30pm and will serve until an agreed time (for venues, usually 11.30pm, for marquees, we will serve drinks up until 12 midnight unless agreed before hand.) Staff will clear throughout the evening and make sure you and your guests are never dry! The fee for this is £175 to hire glasses and £75 per member of staff from 6pm-12.30am, usually 3 of the Team Crumble staff will be ample. 

 

2 - You can choose to have a pay bar option. We will privide a well stocked bar with some spirits, mixers, beer, wine, soft drinks and our favourite cocktail at reasonable prices. Staff will again manage the evening for you, clear throughout the night and and serve until an agreed time. 

There is NO CHARGE for the pay bar, all we ask is to remind your guests that its CASH only and if you are in a marquee in a field, the nearest cash machine could be a long drive... or walk! 

 

Please Note  - if you choose the cash bar, we will stop serving  your table wine drinks at 6pm ready for the bar to open at 6.30pm and ask that you symapthise and understand that most mobile bars will charge for this service, and as we don't, we may be vigilant if we notice guests drinking alcohol that is not purchased from our bar.
